What to expect in our sessions
One-on-one coaching from anywhere in the world.
- I offer virtual sessions to help you uncover and discover your unique self, negative patterns or relationship with yourself, rise to overcome life issues, and become empowered to a healthier you, more authentic version of you. I’m so excited to meet you!
- 60-minute Energy Healing/Coaching session
- 90-minute Energy Healing/Coaching session
- Zoom or in-person by arrangement only.
Each session is tailored to you and what you would like to work on. That means that no two are alike. My goal is to help people to live their most healthy, resilient, and authentic life! That journey and the path to get there is as unique as each of us.
During a one-on-one session, I use a blend of life coaching and experiential activities while helping you to move into your healthiest Adult. Using The Adult Chair model, we will get started right where you are today and take the next step on the path of YOUR powerful journey! Sessions are full of useful information and practical skills that will fill your “resilience and emotional health toolbox! These are things that we will work on together and that you take with you to use outside of sessions as well. You can start using them immediately!
Sessions are on Zoom (unless you request a phone session), I will send you a link, and Zoom is free to use. You do not need to purchase an app.
Some people ask how often they should book an appointment. That is completely up to you, but most people choose to book every two to four weeks. Some prefer meeting every week or every few months. All of these are correct. Let’s get you on your path and we can figure that out together at your first session. I also can tailor a 8,12- week, and limited clients 6-month Journey specific to your needs. You may find my current 8 week Connection Journey, 12 week Momentum , and 6-month Mentorship under View Products/Packages on the scheduling page. - Mindfulness Coaching- Social and Emotional learning This would look like navigating Mindfulness Teaching. When children start to connect to themselves then connecting to others will start to bring awareness to living purposefully or consciously.This would look like getting back to nature. We ditch the electronics and get out and explore what nature has to teach us. We are Mindfully connecting to SELF and to the world around us. This is the best way for me to guide Connection to SELF.
